Official gives us a preview of their “Effers Flipped” for Spring 2009. With the past success of the “Effers” hats, Official decided to flip the design for Spring in an army green/neon colorway with purple accents. The purple/green checker undervisor stays consistent with many of the Official undervisors for 2009, detailed images after the jump.
