I’m just going to say this right off the bat. If you haven’t seen this movie yet, then you’re probably missing the most entertaining movie of 2008. The movie stars James McAvoy as Wesley Gibson, an apologetic depressed individual who hates everything in his life. One day a beautiful lady named Fox (Angelina Jolie) appears in front of him at a market to let him know that his father had been recently murdered. Unbeknownst to Wesley his father was apart of a secret society of assassins called the ‘Fraternity’ which is headed by Sloan (Morgan Freeman). Sloan and Fox introduce Wesley to the life that was meant for him as an assassin and must prepare him to take down the man responsible for his father’s death known as Cross (Thomas Kretschmann). This movie has breath taking fight scenes, non stop actual, and a great plot to go along with its star power. It is a must see for anybody who’s looking for a great movie experience this summer.
