Suge Knight forced to sell Death Row recordings!

After filing for bankruptcy back in 2006 Suge Knight was forced to give up the catalogue lingering to his Death Row recordings. Looks like he still has possession of the unreleased tracks which are said to be of the late rapper Tupac Shakur, Snoop Dogg and other Death Row artists. A source warns that “it could be a tough sale. Some people don’t want to go near the catalogue because they think Suge still believes it’s his.” Lydia Harris, who helped found Death Row, recalls Knight’s anger when a judge awarded her a $107 million default settlement after she sued Knight. At a Jan. 10, 2007, court hearing, she says, Knight told her, “You dead, bitch.” But of course Knight’s rep, Melanie Bonvicino, would say, “He has no recollection of that day.” Either way, threat or no threat – the tracks go up for auction on January 15th.
