A few months back at the Illa J show I met a nice woman by the name of Keiko Tsukada she introduced herself as a writer for BMR (Black Music Review) Magazine. I was super excited to find out she was interested in interviewing me for a column about the presidential election, how hip hop influenced the youth in voting and how we now see change with a new “black” president. That’s just the chip off the iceberg, it gets deep ya’ll! Real deep! I’m honored to be a part of this movement and being able to have my voice heard. Definitely check out this issue, if you can read Japanese! I provided a few snap shots of the column below if you’re interested in a preview.
