Rumor has it that the Sex and the City cast are working on a new sequel for their first flick which grossed $153 million after its May release. Are you sick of them yet or yearning for more?
When asked about the rumors in September, Sarah Jessica Parker told Usmagazine.com she wasn’t against the idea.
“It’s all about the story - if we can’t tell a story that’s really worthy of an audience, then we won’t do it. We’ve been really lucky at this point, she continued. We’ve been in peoples’ good graces for a long time, and we take that very seriously. So that’s the biggest challenge, the story.”

Another one bites the dust! Lupe Fiasco announces that he’s retiring and that his final installment, LupE.N.D - will be his last.
The three disc swan song correlates to each letter of E.N.D.. The “E” stands for Everywhere, the “N” for Nowhere, and the “D” for Down Here.
He says that he just doesn’t “really feel like rapping anymore.” - Hmm, we’ll see about that now will we?!

The executive who succeeded Jay-Z as the head of hip-hop music label Def Jam Recordings died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound near Atlanta, police said Sunday. Executive vice president Shakir Stewart, 34, died on Saturday, and was found Saturday afternoon in the bathroom of his home in the Atlanta suburb of Marietta, Cobb County police spokeswoman Cassie Reece said Sunday. He was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
The record label issued a statement Sunday on behalf of Stewart’s fiancee, Michelle Rivers, and his family.
“Over the past several weeks, Shakir’s behavior was inconsistent with the man we all know and love,” the statement said. “As much as we all tried to help him, Shakir was in deep pain and largely suffering in silence.”
***Stewart signed such artists as Rick Ross and Young Jeezy to the label before being named in June to the post once filled by Jay-Z. Our condolences and thoughts go out to Stewarts family and friends.
