Oh how we love M·A·C Cosmetics! Who would have thought that there were so many colors to consider - although M·A·C presents a mass variety of collections every other month, you can’t seem to resist. Anyhow, this new offering however is quite worthy and pays homage to Dame Edna Everage (Australian comedian, Barrie Humphries), the resident muse for this seasons post-holiday makeup. M·A·C Cosmetics x Manish Arora

Lately, M·A·C Cosmetics keeps a busy schedule due to all their collaborations and new releases, also adding Indian designer Manish Arora in creating limited edition color cosmetics collection to their list. Line up of items will consist of a six-shade eye shadow compact, dubbed Eyes On Manish; two lipsticks; two hues of Lipglass, and two shades of Powder Blush. Prices will range from 10.50 pounds, or $20.90 at current exchange, for a Lipglass to 30 pounds, or $59.72, for the eye shadow palette.

The collection, which features packaging decked out in riotous colors, will be available in the U.K., the United Arab Emirates, France, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore from October for about one to two months.

M·A·C x Emanuel Ungaro Collection

Esteban Cortazar, designer for Paris fashion line Emanuel Ungaro got together with M·A·C Cosmetics to launch a limited edition makeup collection, called M·A·C Emanuel Ungaro. The cosmetic collection is set to release this October with a 14 item lineup. Included in the set are lipsticks and lip glosses, eye shadows and liner, cream color bases, blush, mascara and a brow set. Ah, how divine!

“[Cortazar] was after something earthy, so I was inspired by a softer palette of delicate shades of pinks, blues and lilacs,” said Dowsett, referencing Monet’s “Water Lilies.” “It’s a colorful collection but very transparent so you don’t have to worry about overdoing it.” -Sharon Dowsett (key makeup artist for M·A·C)

M·A·C Cosmetics - Colour Forms

Oh lawd, bless their hearts! M·A·C Cosmetics will soon release Colour Forms an exclusive collection made for Nordstrom. The color palettes remind me of the rubix cube which looks very bold and yet sophisticated. The packaging caught my eye as well and the make up bags- not their typical black. Ladies these are launching July 18, 2008.
